These vibrant green apricots are intentionally harvested when they are underripe in the earlier stages. This fruit is especially popular and common in Middle Eastern and Asian dishes. Due to the bitter and tart flavor, this fruit is often cooked and incorporated into various dishes or used to make jams and spreads. 


Ripening and Storage:

These are ready to eat as-is when you receive them. Store on the counter at room temperature for a few days. If not eating right away, store in the refrigerator.
