Fresh whole pomegranates! This fruit is most often used for its seeds and juice. Pomegranates are an excellent source of Vitamin C and potassium.
Ripening and Storage:
These are ripe and ready to eat when you receive them. This can be stored at room temperature for a few days. If not eating right away, keep refrigerated.
Use a sharp knife to cut through the peel in sections. Pull sections apart and separate the seeds inside from the white pith.
Pomegranate seeds can be eating as is, added to salads, yogurt, drinks, rice dishes and more!
