Store in a sealed container in a dark, dry, cool place.
Cook these seeds similar to rice. You can give quinoa a rinse before cooking if desired, but it's not necessary. For every cup of quinoa, use about one and three-fourths cups of water. Quinoa cooks in about 15-20 minutes.
