Shipping Policy

UPDATED SHIPPING POLICY!

Now shipping on Monday's only.  We have refined our menu and processes to provide you with the best service, value and products. We are now shipping each Monday only via overnight service.  While we ship orders via overnight service, this does NOT guarantee next day delivery. Overnight shipping means we ship using an overnight service, it does not mean you will receive your order the next day from when your order is placed. Please see below for details regarding our shipping policy and shipping schedule.

  

Where Do We Ship?
Full Moon Fruits ships domestically to all 48 states within the Continental U.S. 

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. 

 

Overnight Shipping
While we ship overnight, this does NOT guarantee next day delivery. Overnight shipping means we ship using an overnight service, it does not mean you will receive your order the next day from when your order is placed.  Orders are processed and shipped out on Monday of each week.  During holidays, orders will be shipped out on Tuesday or the next available business day.  

FedEx may deliver shipments between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Please ensure that there is access for the shipping courier to deliver during that time frame. Full Moon Fruits is not responsible for failed attempted deliveries.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.  Please be sure to track your package using the tracking number provided in the email to ensure a timely delivery. 

  

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Full Moon Fruits will deliver to the address provided and is not responsible if the delivery address or name provided is incorrect. Once an order has shipped out, we are unable to redirect your package and are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers. 

 

Shipping Delays & Issues
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be shipping delays during this time. We are working closely to monitor packages to help ensure timely deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. All shipping fees are FINAL. If you have any issues with tracking your package, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to work with you and the carrier to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
California Shipping Regulations
California Department of Agriculture has strict regulations regarding shipping of certain items within various counties throughout the state.  Please contact us for details if you have concerns regarding any of the items in your order.  Please note, by ordering from our website to a California delivery address, you are accepting responsibility for possible confiscated or delayed delivery due to inspections.  

 

Missing or Stolen Packages
Full Moon Fruits is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with FedEx. We will work with you as best we can on a case-by-case basis in these situations but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a refund or reship.
