Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours from the time they are placed.

We are also now shipping to all major cities in Canada! Please note, we ship overnight FedEx but shipments will take 1 to 3 days due to customs.


Where Do We Ship?
Full Moon Fruits ships domestically to all states except Alaska. Full Moon Fruits does ship to Hawaii; however, not all products are available to ship to that region. Please contact us for more details.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. 


Overnight Shipping
While we ship overnight, this does NOT guarantee next day delivery. We work as quickly as possible when we receive your order. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1 p.m. PST do often ship out the same day, but this is not guaranteed. We do not ship on holidays and weekends. 

FedEx may deliver shipments between 8 a.m. and -9 p.m. Please ensure that there is access for the shipping courier to deliver during that time frame. Full Moon Fruits is not responsible for failed attempted deliveries.


Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Full Moon Fruits will deliver to the address provided and is not responsible if the delivery address or name provided is incorrect. Once an order has shipped out, we are unable to redirect your package and are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or missing apartment numbers. 


Shipping Delays
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be shipping delays during this time. We are working closely to monitor packages to help ensure timely deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. All shipping fees are FINAL. If you have any issues with tracking your package, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you and the carrier to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Missing or Stolen Packages
Full Moon Fruits is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with FedEx. We will work with you as best we can on a case-by-case basis in these situations but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a refund or reship. 


Order Bundling
To reduce the shipping costs for our customers, we ship your entire order together when possible. If you'd like your items to be shipped individually, please contact us at for additional shipping rates.
