All sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and our customer service. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide the order number, photos and details in your e-mail so we can properly assist you. Please note, we must be contacted within the 24 hour period of when your order was received. We will work with you to rectify the situation on a case-by-case basis but please note, refunds are not guaranteed.
If you did not receive your order and the tracking number shows it was delivered, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. You will be asked to confirm your delivery address provided when you placed your order. If the address you provided on your order is incorrect, we are unable to issue a refund or reship. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

If your package is damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with the details, your order number and photos of the shipping box and the product. Ideally, we will be able to send you replacements, reimburse, partially reimburse or issue a store credit for the damages. This will be assessed based on the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be given under our discretion.
Please be aware, we cannot control damage caused by shipping carriers but will do our best to prevent issues by hand selecting the best quality of each item for shipping and by protecting the fruit with proper packaging.
