WHEN WILL MY FRUIT ARRIVE? 
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday each week. While we ship orders via overnight service, this does NOT guarantee next day delivery. Overnight shipping means we ship using an overnight service, it does not mean you will receive your order the next day from when your order is placed as we still need time to process your order.  Orders typically ship with 24-48 hours of confirmation during our normal shipping days.  Please review our shipping policy here for more details. 
 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
We send out tracking information to the email address provided on the order.  Please be sure to check your spam folder.  If you have any issues or questions, please contact us at: info@fullmoonfruits.com. 


MY FRUIT STILL HASN'T SHIPPED. WHAT CAN I DO? 
At times, we may need to wait a few extra days for a new harvest.  If you have any concerns about when your order will ship, please contact us at info@fullmoonfruits.com with your order number and concern and we will gladly assist you further! 


WHAT IF MY FRUIT ARRIVES DAMAGED? 
We strive to make sure all fruits are in prime and premium condition prior to shipping and pack our products methodically to minimize damage during transit. On the rare occasion that damage occurs in transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your product.  Please email your order number, photos of the damage and details to info@fullmoonfruits.com. Clear photos are imperative for our review so we can best assist you with either a partial refund or reshipment.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept photos after this 24 hour period. 


I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS.  WHAT CAN I DO?
Please review all shipping information carefully when placing your order.  If you do see an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed please contact us immediately with the correct address and we will do our best to rectify this.  Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are not able to change the address. 
 
HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?  
We offer a variety of subscription plans on many of our products.  Subscriptions can be set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.  Manage your subscription with this link here: MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
