Wax apples, also known as wax jambu, java apples and bell fruit. This fruit is more similar in shape to a pear but it is crunchy and crisp like a light and airy apple. The taste is mild and refreshing with a hint of floral in the taste. This fruit is very perishable and bruises easily.

These are ripe and ready to eat upon arrival. If not eating right away, keep unwashed fruit refrigerated. Eat these as you would a regular apple and dispose of the stem and seeds.
